As a member of the TBWA’s Global Innovation Team and Digital Arts Network, Theo is charged with furthering the company’s digital, content and entertainment capabilities, as well as implementing inventive processes and platforms to ensure that innovation is woven into the very fabric of the Disruption Company.
Although working his global role out of New York, originally Theo hails from Helsinki, the capital of Finland, and one of the most innovative agencies in the TBWA collective. There he served in multiple roles, from heading the agency’s awarded innovation initiatives to being the head of creative services. Before joining the ranks of TBWA, he co-founded one of the biggest pure-play digital agencies in Finland.
Theo’s work has evolved beyond the boundaries of traditional advertising to create disruptive behavior that connects brands with culture.
