Her expertise in developing content offerings, assisting in package positioning and pricing, and building final pitch collateral makes her an invaluable asset to any team.
Prior to her role at Twitter, Joana Jamil was a Microsoft employee, where she was part of the editorial team at MSN Arabia, leading on the AE page. Her experience in content creation and curation, combined with her strategic mindset, have helped her excel in her current role as a strategic partner manager, where she works closely with creators and public figures to help them achieve their
goals.
Joana holds an undergraduate degree in Journalism from the American University in Dubai and a Wharton business school executive studies certificate. She is also the communications advisor for Jusoor, an NGO that provides educational and entrepreneurial programs for Syrian children and youth.
Born in Russia, Joana has dual citizenship with Syria and has been residing in Dubai since 2010. She is fluent in English, Arabic, and Russian, which makes her a great communicator and able to work with diverse teams from different backgrounds.
