Cara is Digital Commerce and Marketing Director of The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East since July 2017. In her position, Cara leads the regional strategy in consumer insight, digital marketing, e-commerce, and communications for the Middle East region spanning eight markets across three affiliates.

Cara joined The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East in August 2014 and over the course of her career in the Company Cara has held numerous roles across the brands and corporately starting as a Digital Manager of Estée Lauder, Jo Malone London, and Tom Ford Beauty and in 12 months was promoted to Head of Digital across 16 brands. In 2015 Cara launched the e-commerce department at The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East and then became the head of the digital and e-commerce department.

Prior to her career in The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East Cara worked in several integrated digital marketing roles across leading global agencies with clients across multiple sectors including beauty, telecoms, government, and banking.

Cara was born in Ireland and attended Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland receiving an undergraduate degree in Business management.

Cara is an avid sports enthusiast with a keen interest in Crossfit.
