Andrew leads the digital vision for Initiative Australia – leveraging data and technology to deliver better outcomes for clients across the country. Initiative is a global media planning and buying agency that is part of IPG Mediabrands, the media buying arm of multinational holding company Interpublic Group of Companies.

Based in Sydney, Andrew joined Initiative in 2016 and works with clients including Amazon, Officeworks, Lego, Carnival Cruises, Specsavers & West Australian Government. Andrew is an active member of the Media Federation of Australia Interactive Taskforce, a group focused on the efficiency and effectiveness of interactive advertising.
